Each illustration is a deeply personal piece, capturing not just a home, but the life and memories within it.

Created entirely by hand in ink and watercolour, these portraits become timeless keepsakes, often commissioned to mark milestones such as weddings, family homes or meaningful transitions.

How does it work?

All you need to do is send me photos of your home (and of your family if you wish to have your loved ones included in the scene). I’ll send you a quick sketch of the composition for approval before getting started on the real drawing. I’ll share that illustration with you for sign off before drawing it in ink and watercolour. House portraits start from A3 format but can be drawn on larger scale of course. The artwork can be digitised should you wish to create cards, prints or wedding stationery based on your illustration. The time frame to create a bespoke illustration is usually a couple of weeks from the first quick composition sketch.
